Delete Your Reeliva Account
You can delete your Reeliva account at any time, either from inside the app or by writing to us. Deleting an account is permanent.
In the app
The quickest way, if you still have Reeliva installed and can sign in.
Profile → Cloud Sync → Delete Account
Open the Profile screen from the avatar on the Home tab, scroll to the Cloud Sync section, and choose Delete Account. Reeliva asks you to confirm first, because it cannot be undone.
If you cannot reach the app
For anyone who has uninstalled Reeliva, changed device, or cannot sign in.
Email privacy@reeliva.app and we will delete the account for you.
Send the request from the email address associated with your Reeliva account. It is how we confirm the request is yours — a deletion asked for from an address we cannot match is one we cannot safely act on.
What deletion removes
Deleted
Your account and the personal information attached to it, together with the Reeliva data held in the cloud for your account — including anything synced or backed up, and anything you had published to the community.
Retained, in limited cases
Some limited data may be kept where we are required to keep it — for security, fraud prevention, or to meet a legal or regulatory obligation. It is not used to rebuild your logbook.
Catches you kept only on your phone live in Reeliva’s local database on that device. Deleting the app removes them with it. See the Privacy Policy for what is held where, and for how long.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Reeliva Pro is billed by Apple or by Google, not by us, and we cannot cancel it on your behalf.
If you subscribe, cancel separately in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone) or in Google Play (Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions). Do that before deleting the account, while you can still identify the subscription.
